We do not accept returns. You will get a new one for free or credit for our store. 
Every piece of Lionfish Caribbean jewelry is unique and handcrafted from natural lionfish fins, making each one truly one of a kind. Our apparel is produced with the same care and attention to quality.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will make it right. Just contact us at info@lionfishcaribbean.com with your order details and we will send you a brand new replacement completely free of charge, no questions asked. This applies to both jewelry and apparel.

Not What You Expected?

If a jewelry piece is not quite your style, we ask you to pay it forward. Give it to someone who will love it and let us know at info@lionfishcaribbean.com. We will reward you with store credit to spend on something that suits you better.

For apparel, if the fit or style is not right, pass it on to someone who will wear it with pride and reach out to us. Same deal, we will give you store credit so you can find something that works for you.

Keep shipping stuff all over the world forth and back is not sustainable, so we are happy to resend you new products if that is what you want. Every piece deserves to find its person, and every purchase still helps protect the reef.
