Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–6 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Caribbean & Latin America

• Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days

Europe

• Standard Shipping — 10–18 business days

• Standard Shipping — 10–21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Lionfish Caribbean is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.
